A Healthy Morning

Hey Everyone!

Happy Monday I hope you all enjoyed your weekend!

Today I want to talk to you about how stressful mornings can be with a little one and a few things I do that may help you!

First I never wake up Emma she is an amazing sleeper but she usually wakes me up around 8-8:30. I really can’t complain about that! When I hear her start to stir I make her a bottle quick to try and avoid the screaming! Typically she is just starting to fuss when I get back with her bottle. After she is fed I make sure she has a good burp so I can sit her in the bouncer while I get ready!

I always pick out my clothes the night before while my husband is home to help with Emma. So my morning routine is fairly simple. I take the worlds quickest shower with Emma waiting outside the curtain in her bouncer. I then get dressed and do my hair (check out my getting ready post for more about that!). I do my makeup next and I am ready!

Next I get Emma ready. A quick diaper change, I moisturize her skin with baby lotion, and get her in todays first outfit. With the way she spits up there will be many!

Since Emma already had her breakfast now it’s my turn. I start every morning with a green smoothie and head out for a run or quick yoga session. I always workout outside because it gets Emma and I out of the house! Keeping this mama sane!

One thing that helps me each and every morning is my portable blender! It is great for any mama on the go! It works amazing, doesn’t leak, and makes my Morning so much faster. I prepackaged it with all the green smoothie ingredients the night before and just grab it out of the fridge in the morning and Emma and I are all set to head out the door!
