Decorating for Christmas with Coco Village this year has been so special! This year we were so excited to set up our tree. We got a beautiful new tree that arrived on our doorstep in September just waiting for our holiday traditions to begin. Here’s how we decorated for Christmas with our toddler:
A New Tradition
This year I wanted Emma to get involved. I want her to get excited for Santa, presents, decorating (low) sugar cookies, Christmas movies, and covering our tree with meaningful ornaments. I ordered the Coco Village Learning tower planning to use it to to bake cookies and decorate them for Santa. It allows Emma to safely stand up to the counter with me to assist and learn. But once I set up the tree I could see there was even more adventure to be had with her coco village Learning tower.
Her Coco Village Learning Tower happened to be the perfect height for tree decorating! In fact, it is now one of her favorite activities. Our tree gets redecorated multiple times a day and Emma giggles laughs and picks out her favorite ornaments. We grab some (warm) cocoa, put on a classic like Rudolph or Frosty and plan our perfect Christmas tree. Decorating for Christmas With Coco Village has made this years traditions even more special!
The holiday decorating is perfect to work on imaginations, and both fine and gross motor skills. Not to mention the amazing quality time I have got to spend with her the last few weeks while decorating!
