Today is a very special day for My family, it is National Rainbow Baby Day and also Emma’s 8 week birthday!

As many of you know Emma is our rainbow baby! After our loss last November we thought we would never have our own child, but our little Miracle arrived this June and I can’t believe she is already 8 weeks!

Emma has answered my prayers and brought us so much joy! She truly is our miracle! Rainbow baby’s are so special! And I feel so blessed every time I see her beautiful face smiling up at me!

If you have lived through these experiences you understand what a rainbow baby represents and has given you in life! If you know someone with a rainbow baby show them some extra love today, although we love our rainbow babies more then anything today is also a day to remember our loss and remember that beautiful baby too.

So if you have a rainbow baby take some extra time today to reflect on the joy, peace, and comfort your child has brought to you!

I hope all moms waiting on their rainbows never give up on their dreams. It’s hard to feel like you are waiting for your family to become complete but every rainbow baby is proof that miracles happen and prayers are answered! Never give up on your rainbow!
