Today I want to talk to you all about something we all do, binge watch TV shows. Netflix has seemed to become my outlet: When I’m stressed… Netflix When I am sad… Netflix When I’m bored… Netflix!
TV shows, movies, documentaries, yes I may be rotting my brain, but I am really enjoying myself while I do it!
So this isn’t my typical post, but I am getting there I promise…
We all have our guilty pleasures, and that’s okay sometimes to keep ourselves balanced and sane so don’t be ashamed of these things whether its TV, Video games, music, exercise whatever it is if it helps you get through whatever you are going through then its a good thing.
So remember to get off the couch every once and a while to do things that are good for you, get your work done, but also enjoy yourself. You aren’t living if you are not enjoying it!
